It addresses issues related to institutional capacity building, as a key aspect for the formulation of indicators and follow-up of the ODS targets. In addition, it provides theoretical and practical contents to specifically support the localization of ODS at the local level. The material is intended for officials and municipal staff and technical teams in charge of coordinating or implementing local programs.
