This resource kit aims to provide tools on how to promote LED through an integrated Decent Work approach. It is for local planners and practitioners. The Local Development and Decent Work (LDDW) Resource Kit is a collection of practical and easy to use tools that are designed to help and enable local planners, decision-makers and development practitioners to make decisions and implement actions. These are resources based on local development knowledge and practices in the Philippines and other countries. The purpose of the kit is to ADD VALUE to current planning frameworks in the country particularly at local levels, by addressing two key challenges that confront local decision-makers, local governments, communities and their organizations. The kit has been designed primarily for local development planners and practitioners.
