Innovative Development Initiatives (IDI) aims to support Moroccan policy in achieving sustainable development goals. Given the importance of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Morocco, the IDI strives to collaborate with Moroccan institutions and associative actors to meet the targets. Through this initiative, IDI is developing a strategy to support the Moroccan policy in achieving the 2030 Agenda combining education, training and decentralization. The strengthening of sustainable development in Morocco requires, in fact, an effort to mobilize all the living forces of the Nation, from students to local governements. This study is the report of the first phase of the project covering the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima Region.
