The WUF Coordination Team has announced the opening of the online application process for partner-led events for the twelfth session of the World Urban Forum (WUF12) taking place from 4 to 8 November 2024 in Cairo, Egypt. The deadline for application is 22 April 2024.

Stakeholders are welcome to apply to the following six partner-led event categories:

1. Networking events
2. Voices from Cities
3. SDGs in Action
4. Urban Library
5. ONE UN
6. Training events

Further information on the Urban Expo and the Urban Cinema will be made available soon.

WUF registration and event application are managed for the first time through UN-Habitat's new global event management system (GEMS): https://events.unhabitat.org/.

Once registered to WUF12, partners will be able to apply for different partner-led events from their profile dashboard.

Initial key promotional assets and messages, as well as branding and templates are available on our Trello Board, which we are continuously updating.
